Wow – pretty emotional day today for me…so many amazing ‘thank you’ emails from the Rock Stars in my inbox. Sales are increasing, Stores are getting ready for the Best in Stores contest, SO many new Rock Stars, morale is high and most importantly, people are Choosing Success. A friend called today and was surprised to find me crying. Worried that something was wrong, he asked what happened…I told him, “My heart is overwhelmed. My Rock Stars are turning their dreams into realities – they are working hard, supporting each other, being protective of their business – and they are SO passionate about their Success. I couldn’t be more proud.” Then I burst into tears again – happy, delighted, joyful tears.
Your Success means the world to me.
Thank you SO much for being such a blessing to my world – you are very incredible and are the reason I work so hard at what I do. Was surprised my feedback total jumped today until I noticed this on eBay…YUM!
Hello…this is Brian Burke, Director of Feedback Policy at eBay. As the Community knows, several changes were announced in January as part of Evolving Feedback. Our first change gives sellers and buyers the opportunity to earn up to one Feedback point per week (Monday through Sunday, Pacific time) from the same trading partner.
We’ve begun providing credit for repeat Feedback for transactions ending on or after Tuesday, February 19th. We’ve also made some cosmetic changes to the Feedback Profile page to reflect this change. What’s more – coming in May, we will provide credit for ALL repeat transactions that occurred between 1996 and February 2008. (We’ll be introducing the other Feedback changes announced in January in that timeframe, as well.)
With this change, now sellers will get the credit they deserve when their great service and selection results in repeat buyers — they can also reward loyal buyers with repeat Feedback, as well.

Recently Cindy and I did a class together for eBay Education Specialists where we did Live coaching about their businesses and helped create additional revenue products (back of the room sales) for them. The call was intense, it was thrilling, it was very powerful, and the information was inspiring – and all that was from the participants. Afterward, Cindy and I called each other and didn’t know what to say – it had been that incredible. All I remember was saying, ‘wow’…and then I think Cindy said it back to me. So, with the permission of the people we interviewed, Cindy and I wanted to put this incredible content onto a CD for others to have access to. We knew that anyone who was thinking of creating products for their business would want access to this information.
What an informational and motivational class! Janelle and Cindy take us all from the first of eBay and their first experiences teaching as ESP’s up to today and the ‘new kids on the block’ like myself just starting out.
They share revenue opportunities in ‘back of the room’ sales. What type items to tie in to the classes, where and how to get them. A great tip is using vendor give aways. As Janelle puts it, ‘the larger vendors have the budget for give aways and marketing’. Love it!
Janelle and Cindy also go through affiliate marketing to sell other peoples’ products to enhance your revenues. Some great tips here…I ran out of page to write on when taking these notes!
I enjoyed listening to the ideas Janelle and Cindy had for the three ESP’s to help them set up their advertising, improve their Instructor bio pages, PR packets to hand out…the list goes on and on.
