Interesting Observation concerning eBay and Second Life…

Not sure what this means quite yet…but wanted to give you a heads up.
An island on Second Life has been spotted with the name ‘eBay’. It is not developed and you can’t teleport to it yet. But…
Some additional observations:
- eBay founder Pierre Omidyar’s investing group has invested in Second Life
- There are over 7.4 million users currently on Second Life with an additional 28,000 new residents showing up daily
- Over $1.6 million is spent daily in Second Life
- and I’m thinking that you now need to be thinking about the possibility of opening a virtual store on Second Life’s eBay Island!
