The Team here at Terapeak doesn’t generally send out a lot of correspondence (hey, we know you’re busy with your eBay sales!) but this time we have some very important news and wanted to make sure that everyone is up to date on the exciting changes at Terapeak!

So What’s Up?

We get a lot of great feedback from our users, and are constantly in the process of improving our services and developing our suite of research tools to best benefit our fabulous eBayers. Not only are we preparing to roll out a gorgeous new look of the Terapeak interface, but we have added another suite of optional tools to help sellers find new products to sell!

Next month (April 15) you’ll notice a change to the way Terapeak looks, but not to the way Terapeak works. Your member access will remain the same - no need to alter your subscription! As well, your rates remain the same, etc. The only change that may affect you is a new set of add-ons available to subscribers. The new tools will provide more interesting ways to use eBay data to grow your business! We’ll have more about those very soon - and I promise, the new additions are very cool.

Well, our favorite Canuck, the fabulous Denise of Terapeak, has offered to give YOU a sneak preview of these fabulous new tools next week!!  Watch your newsletter this weekend for details on this soon to be announced class!!

Google searches – are YOUR buyers finding you?

It used to be that you knew how your customers were finding you – they walked in off Main Street USA into your Store!  Well, no longer is that the case, especially for online businesses.  Do you want your customers to know about you – and more importantly about your products?  It’s time you got ranked on the search engines.

U.S. online users conducted 9.9 billion searches in February and Google accounted for over 59% of those searches!!  Are YOU on Google?  I don’t mean your business name – egads, everyone should be ranked on the first page of Google without trying for their unique business name.  But are your products ranked on Google?

New Sourcing idea – over $104 BILLION dollars in sales this year alone!

I was just reading an article where they (an expensive academic paid for survey) had found a niche with potential sales this year alone of $104 billion dollars…yet when they checked with the consumers, over 40% of the people who wanted to buy in that niche couldn’t find any products.
